How the twelve weeks run
What it actually involves
Workshops across every service area, one-to-one sessions with your senior leadership, and all of the systems and data analysis done by us. Your people contribute what only they know; the work of turning it into findings is ours.
At Cheshire West and Chester that meant 8 workshops involving 94 people, which produced 378 individual insight requirements across 36 separate data sources. Their published data strategy was built on what came out of it.
Weeks 1–2
Kick-off and interviews. We meet the people who use the numbers, not only the people who produce them.
Weeks 3–7
Systems and data review, done by us, against what you already have.
Weeks 8–10
Findings workshop, where you push back before anything is written down as fact.
Weeks 11–12
Roadmap and a board pack, written to be read by people who were not in the room.
