They have not gone anywhere. If you have a link that no longer works, or you need

What these documents are
Each Report Module Overview sets out one module in detail: the measures it contains,
how each is defined, and the source data behind it. The Accelerator packs describe a whole
service area. They are written for the analysts and service leads who will use them, which
is why they are shared directly rather than published.
